djwin Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the djwin website at djwin.club, creating a djwin account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered account holder) and djwin.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the djwin platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact [email protected] to request closure of your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all djwin services including sports betting, live casino games, slots, bingo, specialty games, and any other products made available through the djwin platform now or in the future. They apply regardless of the device, browser, or network connection you use to access djwin.

Amendments to These Terms

djwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the djwin platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a djwin account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing djwin from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business, organisation, or third party.
• You do not already hold another active or previously closed djwin account. Registration of a second account is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from djwin or been subject to a permanent account closure initiated by djwin.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of djwin or any of its platform technology partners.

Age Verification

djwin conducts age and identity verification as a mandatory step of the account registration process. In addition, djwin may request supplementary verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle — including before processing a withdrawal — to confirm that the account holder continues to meet eligibility requirements. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one djwin account. It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that their registration details are accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. djwin accounts are strictly personal — they may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or shared with any other individual.

Registration Information

When registering a djwin account, you are required to provide truthful and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. The mobile number you provide will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication (2FA) communications, and payment processing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your djwin account credentials, including your username and password. djwin recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact djwin's support team immediately at [email protected]. djwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

djwin may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal or at any other point during the account lifecycle. KYC documentation may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other proof of identity, as well as proof of the payment method used for deposits. djwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on djwin are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). djwin supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary depending on your location and the specific transaction type.

Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your djwin account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. djwin does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside djwin's control.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by djwin within the timeframes published on the platform at the time of your request. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals may be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount and may be delayed if your account is undergoing KYC verification, if a withdrawal is flagged by djwin's fraud detection systems, or if you have pending active bonus playthrough requirements. djwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the djwin payments section of your account. djwin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice. Players with enhanced account status may be eligible for increased transaction limits upon request.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. djwin may apply a monthly dormancy fee to the balance of a dormant account. Players will be notified via the email or mobile number on file before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete the applicable identity verification steps.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on djwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the djwin platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted on the events, markets, and odds displayed in djwin's sportsbook at the time of bet placement. djwin reserves the right to:

• Suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances defined in the product rules.
• Correct odds that were published in error — any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or settled at the corrected price.
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any single selection or accumulator at djwin's discretion.

Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. djwin does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during an event. Connectivity interruptions during live bet placement are the responsibility of the player — djwin will not accept responsibility for bets that fail to register due to network issues on the player's end.

Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games on djwin — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are set by the respective studio and are available within the game interface. djwin does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or disconnection during a casino session, djwin's policy is as follows: bets placed in a round that did not complete due to a verified technical fault on djwin's servers will be refunded to the player's account balance. Bets that were fully completed and settled before the malfunction occurred will stand. djwin's decision on malfunction disputes is final.

Bingo

djwin's bingo products — including Pearls of Bingo and Bingo Adventure — operate according to their respective game rules as displayed within each game. Bingo tickets, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded. Prize pools and distribution methods are determined by the specific bingo variant and are displayed before ticket purchase.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

djwin offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your djwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage, and some game types may contribute 0%.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• djwin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players who are identified as abusing bonus terms — including through matched betting, bonus hunting, or multi-accounting — may have bonuses voided and accounts restricted.

Welcome Bonus

New djwin accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, per device, and per payment method. djwin reserves the right to determine eligibility for the welcome bonus at its sole discretion. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including winnings:

• Underage gambling: Registering or using djwin if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one djwin account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• False information: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Third-party use: Using another person's account, allowing another person to use your account, or acting as an agent for another person's bets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the djwin platform without prior written authorisation.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets or platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of djwin's odds and products.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after the corresponding funds have been used for betting activity on djwin.
• Money laundering: Using djwin's platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or for any purpose associated with money laundering or financial crime.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to djwin's systems, servers, or data.

djwin's fraud detection and risk management systems monitor all account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, djwin will take immediate action without obligation to provide advance notice to the account holder. djwin cooperates with relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

djwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity (dormancy), player request, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your djwin account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, djwin will process any eligible remaining balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Please note that if you have active bonus playthrough requirements at the time of closure, bonus-derived funds may be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through djwin's responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, you will not be able to log in or place bets, and all marketing communications from djwin will be stopped. djwin-Initiated Closure

Where djwin closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account will be subject to review. If the breach involved fraud, prohibited conduct, or abuse of bonuses, djwin reserves the right to withhold part or all of the balance, including any winnings. djwin's decision in such cases is final and binding.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which djwin operates. Any dispute arising from your use of djwin that cannot be resolved through djwin's internal complaints procedure should be referred through the formal dispute resolution process described in the platform's complaints policy. djwin's decision on all in-play, settlement, and account-management disputes is final unless overturned through the formal escalation process.
